# Shipping Policy

Welcome to Unnie's Market! Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.

### ✅ Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDU Notice)
* **Buyer's Responsibility:** Unnie's Market is not responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or taxes applied to your order by your country's customs office. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, handling fees, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
* **Refused Shipments:** If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, any return shipping costs or handling fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

### ✅ General Shipping Information
* **Origin:** All products are shipped directly from South Korea.
* **Handling Time:** 1–3 business days for in-stock items.
* **Estimated Delivery Time:** 7–21 business days after shipment. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and your country's customs processing procedures.
* **Tracking:** A tracking number will be automatically provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

### 📅 Pre-order Shipping Policy
Please read the following guidelines carefully before purchasing a pre-order item (e.g., upcoming K-POP albums or limited merchandise):
* **Release Date & Shipping:** Pre-order items will be shipped out within 3–7 business days after the official release date in South Korea. The official release date is subject to change by the manufacturer or entertainment agency.
* **External Store Benefits Notice:** If you select an option that includes special benefits from specific retail sites (e.g., Weverse Shop, Soundwave, Withmuu, etc.), **shipping may be further delayed depending on the supply and delivery status of that specific site**. Domestic delivery from these external sites to our warehouse can take additional time, which is beyond our control.
* **Combined Shipping Notice (Important):** If your order contains both **in-stock items and pre-order items**, your entire order will be held and shipped together **ONLY when the pre-order item becomes available**. 
* **Separate Shipments:** If you wish to receive in-stock items immediately, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items. We cannot split a single order into multiple shipments once it has been placed.
