# Shipping Policy

### General Shipping Information
* All products are shipped directly from South Korea.
* **Handling Time:** 1–3 business days for in-stock items.
* **Estimated Delivery Time:** 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on your location and your country's customs processing.
* Tracking numbers will be provided via email once the order is shipped.

### 📅 Pre-order Shipping Policy

Please read the following guidelines carefully before purchasing a pre-order item (e.g., upcoming K-POP albums or limited merchandise):

* **Release Date & Shipping:** Pre-order items will be shipped out within 3–7 business days after the official release date in South Korea. Please note that the official release date is subject to change by the manufacturer/entertainment agency.
* **Specific Store/Site Benefits Option Notice:** If you select a pre-order option that includes special benefits from specific retail sites (e.g., Weverse Shop, Soundwave, Withmuu, etc.), **shipping may be further delayed depending on the supply and delivery status of that specific site**. Domestic delivery within Korea to our warehouse from these external sites can take additional time, which is beyond our control.
* **Combined Shipping Notice (Important):** If your order contains both **in-stock items and pre-order items**, your entire order will be held and shipped together **ONLY when the pre-order item is released**. 
* **Separate Shipments:** If you wish to receive the in-stock items immediately, please place separate orders for in-stock items and pre-order items. We cannot split an order into multiple shipments once it has been placed.
